Fundacja Ukraina (Poland)

Fundacja Ukraina is a non-profit organization with extensive experience in organizing volunteering, educational, cultural, and development projects within the Lower Silesian region for the local community, minorities, and migrants. They operate an information and advice center for migrants, providing assistance with legal issues, integration, adaptation to the area, as well as cultural and psychological adjustment. Based on their experience, sport has proven to be an effective tool in engaging migrant youth, motivating them, and increasing their willingness to participate in social and professional life. For this reason, it was determined that training disadvantaged migrants in sports instruction could be an effective way to support their job-seeking efforts. The motivation for this project stems from the potential opportunity to deepen their understanding of the topic through research and to prepare their staff to train migrants in sports instruction. This approach aims to enhance the organization's overall impact. To achieve these goals, Fundacja Ukraina formed a consortium that, through joint collaboration, supports all phases of implementation, leading to the successful attainment of its objectives.
